Wharfedale Gets Exclusive U.S. Distributor

International Audio Group's Wharfedale speaker brand will soon see an expanded U.S. presence, with an exclusive domestic distribution deal with Sound Import, LLC. Industry veteran Walter Schofield wlll supervise sales and marketing, while Bob Springston will handle operations.

The line includes more than 60 models, including bookshelves, subwoofers, floor standing towers,  center channels surrounds and more.

“To be associated with yet another venerable brand is a true blessing for me,” Schofield said in a statement. “We feel Wharfedale manufactures superior-performance products, at very reasonable price points, that will attract the attention of dealers looking to differentiate themselves from the usual suspects."
