Former AMX corporate sales manager David Goldenberg on Monday pled guilty to charges that he illegally accessed corporate communications by rival Crestron Electronics. According to the AP, Goldenberg faces up to five years in prison.
Goldenberg, who was running AMX's East Coast office at the time, was arrested in April 2008 on five counts; he agreed this week to plead guilty to the felony wiretapping charges.
